Reviews and Ratings <br />
This resort has a lovely atmosphere with a beautiful setting, but the experience was somewhat marred by outdated facilities and ongoing construction. The hot springs were a highlight, although the overall value for money didn't quite meet expectations considering the room conditions and service interruptions.
The resort has great potential due to its hot springs and friendly staff, but it fell short due to several maintenance issues and disappointing service interactions. Some guests may find the atmosphere overwhelming, especially during peak times. Overall, while it offers some enjoyable elements, the value for money might not meet expectations considering the inconveniences experienced.
My stay at the resort was a truly wonderful experience. The room was spacious and generally in great shape, which made for a comfortable getaway. The hot springs are the highlight, with various temperature options, although it did get quite crowded at times. While there’s a slight sulfur smell typical of hot springs, it wasn’t too strong. Overall, the access to the springs was well worth the splurge, despite a few minor inconveniences.
I enjoyed my stay at the resort, particularly the wonderful pools and the scenic river nearby. However, some aspects like the noise from heavy equipment at night greatly disturbed my sleep. While the pools are a major highlight, the dining options close early, which can be a bit inconvenient.
The resort has some strong points, including a lovely adult-only hot springs area and clean, tidy rooms. However, I found the service lacking, and the overall experience did not feel luxurious, especially given the high price tag. It’s worth noting that the hot pools could have been better maintained, as they did not meet the cleanliness standards I expected.
